Vegan Bulletproof Coffee
I know exactly where I want to go.
Who I want to be.
What I want to eat.
The life style I want to live.
I just keep making excuse after excuse.
And the one big one is giving up my love for my morning coffee.
I have drank my coffee the same way since I was a kid. And yes. I was a kid drinking Java.
Not consistently but I have always loved everything about coffee. The smell. The taste. And it's creamy delicious caramel colour. That's how I liked it.
Which means it is packed full of cream or milk.
Not the best thing for you!I have made bullet proof coffee before but I didn't stay on the train. The recipe was never good enough to keep me. It was just an oily mess.
And when your coffee is messed up in the morning it makes me a grumpy bear. And no one likes a grumpy bear!
I also wanted a vegan one since the whole point of me getting away from cream and milk was to use less animal products.
Bulletproof coffee has been a huge hit for so long.

It should be noted that the recipes you find in the link are not vegan but you can see and tweak as you like.
So here is the new and improved recipe!
Vegan BulletProof Coffee:
2 cups organic or biological coffee (must be hot and fresh)
1 tsp or 1 tbsp of organic coconut oil or MCT Oil (use less if you are just starting out increase to the full tablespoon when you are a bulletproof junkie.
1/4 cup mylk (do not use coconut milk - I could never find one that consistently worked well. Use almond, or rice mylk)
Optional Add Ins:
1 tsp stevia or honey if you are not a super strict vegan
1 drop cinnamon essential oil or 1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp cocoa
1/2 tsp turmeric
1 scoop protein powder (if strict vegan you must use vegan powder)
Blend all your ingredients and optional add ins on high until creamy and frothy.
Usually a full minute.
