Grounding & Calming Detox Bath
I am a mom.
And just recently got a job here in France.
My life is busy.Hectic and overwhelming.
But I am not naive to think that I am the only one.
I know there are so many of us who balance way too much, over extend, over give and don't take enough time to care for ourselves.
I am a huge advocate for self love and self care.
We need to take those time out to fill up our cup.
To re-energize and reset our bodies so that when we go through the insanity again we are fuelled up enough to make it through to the next pause.
So here is the ultimate Calming & Grounding Detox Bath that I recommend you take at least once per week.
If you can do it twice in a week then you can move more into a pampering phase vs just survival.
Calming & Grounding Detox Bath
Start running the bath water as hot as you can stand it.
1 cup of Epsom salts
1/2 cup of baking soda
2 drops of Cedarwood
2 drops of Serenity Calming Blend
2 drops of Spikenard
Mix well and soak for 20 min
Drink water slowly throughout your soak
Listen to soft gentle music or read an uplifting book
Drain and rinse off after and try to put yourself to bed within 30 min after.
